Location: Galway (Hybrid, 2–3 days onsite)
Type: Permanent
Salary: €75,000 – €85,000 base + benefits (market estimate for Salesforce-focused BAs in SaaS)

This is a hands-on role supporting Salesforce initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimise enterprise-wide solutions that drive efficiency and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and CRM leads to define and deliver Salesforce solutions.

• Analyse, design, and document business processes, use cases, and data flows.

• Develop and configure automations (Flows, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder).

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, supporting business users.

• Ensure robust testing and compliance with development standards.

• Manage integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.

• Drive process improvements, reducing redundancy and enhancing user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ Salesforce experience (Apex, Triggers, Visualforce).

• Strong expertise in at least two modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Force.com.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• Preferred certifications: Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Consultant.

• Proven delivery of complex, enterprise-wide Salesforce projects.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
